Artificial irradiation or weathering according to DIN EN ISO 4892-2

Test specimen is exposed to xenon arc radiation and humidity in a chamber to simulate weathering effects (temperature, humidity and/or wetting). The stresses corresponding to global radiation or global radiation behind window glass in real, end-use environments are simulated. The test specimens are exposed to filtered xenon lamp radiation under controlled environmental conditions (temperature, humidity and/or wetting). To meet different requirements, different types of xenon arc lamps and different filter combinations can be used.
