Flammability test (CFE) according to ISO 5658-2

Test method for measuring the lateral spread of flame along the surface of a sample of a product oriented in a vertical position. ISO 5658-2: 2006 provides data suitable for comparing the performance of substantially flat materials, composites or assemblies used mainly as exposed surfaces of walls in buildings and transport vehicles such as ships and trains. Some profiled products (e.g. pipes) can also be tested under certain mounting and fixing conditions.
